Overview
The Training Detail Page serves as a one-stop resource for learners to access all necessary information about a course. It can be accessed through the Course Catalog or the Individual Development Plan by selecting View Training Details.
Key Features
- Type of Training: Indicates if the course is a Document, External Link, eLearning, Instructor-Led, Virtual Instructor-Led (Webinar), Learning Path, or Certification.
- Paid or Free status
- Due Date
- Enrollment Status
- Social Media Features (if enabled):
- Add to Favorites
- Add to a Playlist

About Training
- Displays Goal, Summary, and Notes related to the course.
- Learners can see all items that need to be completed in order to successfully complete the course.
- Action buttons will be available for each step and will become available based on the sequence in which the course needs to be taken.

Reviews
- Learners can view likes, dislikes, ratings, and written reviews from other users.
- To interact:
- Like/Dislike: Click the thumbs-up (Like) or thumbs-down (Dislike) icons.
- Add a Review:
- Click Give Review.
- Select a star rating.
- Enter your comments in the provided field.
- Click Submit.
NOTE: This feature is only available if Social Media is enabled in Configuration.

Discussion
- Learners, instructors, and administrators can participate in course-related discussions.
- To post a comment:
- Type your message.
- Add attachments using the Add Media button (if needed).
- Click Post to submit your message.

- Provides additional information such as:
- Expiring On: Training expiration date
- Enrolled Date: Date of enrollment
- Valid Till: Training validity period
- Completion Date: Course completion date
- Training Hours: Duration of the course
- Vendor: Course provider information
- Virtual Resources
- Associated Badges
- Instructor details (for instructor-led courses)
- Location (for instructor-led courses)
- Required For (indicates course assignment details)
- Training Associated With (part of a Learning Path or Certification)

Course Completion Process
- The Training Detail Page lists all required steps for course completion.
- Assessments and Evaluations become available once training content is completed.
- Start Button:
- Guides learners to the next step in the course.
- Updates dynamically as each step is completed.
- Status indicators:
- Not Started: Course has not been started.
- In Progress: Course has been started, but not completed.
- Completed: All steps for the course have been finished.

Certification & Badges
- If a certificate is available, it can be accessed via the Certificate button at the bottom of the page.
- Earned Badges are also displayed at the bottom of the page.
