Is there any option to Keep the Save button for All training Activities instead of Save and Exit

Dear Team

Just wanted to check if there is ay option for the customisation of Save and Exit button while assigning the training or any other activities. It feels annoying to have this option when we wanted to reassign any training. This take 3-4attempts to do it and since it gets exit from the training everytime we have to search and open the training multiple time.
It would be great to have either an addtional option for Save Only or Save and Exit as saperate options.
