Welcome to GyrusAim! This guide will help you get familiar with the Dashboard and Layout of the LMS so you can navigate and utilize its features efficiently.

Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is  your gateway to all of the functionalities and resources GyrusAim has to offer. When you first log in, you'll be taken to the Dashboard which should look similar to the one captured in the screenshot below. It is designed to give you quick access to the various modules in the system. Review the additional details below to familiarize yourself with the action buttons and functionality.

Key Components:

  1. Navigation Menu: Access the various modules in GyrusAim such as Configuration, User Management, Training, Reporting and Release Notes.
  2. Logo: This serves as a way to return back to the Dashboard from anywhere in the system. Click on the logo to return to the Dashboard.
  3. Search: Perform a keyword search in GyrusAim.
  4. Learner/Admin Toggle: Switch back and forth between the Learner Dashboard and the Admin Dashboard.
  5. Help Wizard: Get assistance with common activities, such as adding learners and training.
  6. Help Menu: Access the Knowledgebase Library and the Support Portal.
  7. Calendar: View your scheduled courses.
  8. Messages: Access messages that have been posted by the administrator.
  9. Profile Menu: View your profile, reset filters, or delete your cache.
  10. Widgets: Configure the widgets you wish to see on your Dashboard.
  11. Quick Setup Options: Change which Quick Links are available in your Quick Setup.
