KB682 | v17 | Access to Online Help
Summary
Within GyrusAim, Online Help may be configured to allow your users quick access to our Knowledge Base Library and Support Portal. The Knowledge Base Library is a collection of articles, user guides and FAQs as it relates to GyrusAim. The Support Portal is where you may submit tickets and review any tickets that have been submitted to the Gyrus Support Team.
Configuration for this is managed by navigating to Configuration > Security > Roles/Permissions. Within the Dashboard Tab, the "Allow to help library link" permission will grant you access to the Knowledge Base Library while "Allow access to support portal" will grant you access to the Support Portal. This permission may be granted or removed from any roles as you deem appropriate.
