We have a large number of Spanish speaking employees and make sure they receive courses entirely in Spanish. (Spanish audio, graphics, questions, etc) When sending bulk emails to share courses to active-licensed employees there should be a way to filter employees via language preferences. 

I can share the English course to all active-licensed English employees in one bulk email. Afterwards, select Spanish language preference and send the Spanish course to all active-licensed Spanish employees.
