We are in the middle of an assigned training.

When I run a report, I notice that several people have been enrolled in the course right after completing the course. Usually it's because the system has not had time to update their record and they think they need to restart it.  Then I have to go in and cancel their second enrollment.

Is there a way to prevent people from accidentally re-starting a course? Such as having it lock up on them for at least 30 minutes? I know it might be difficult if the system has not updated right away.
