Hi all!

We have a static password for new employees. Many like to use that as their regular password. If they forget it, I can't tell if they have signed in as a new employee or if that's the password they want.

You have the ability to set password complexity. We really don't want that but I really do want them to change it.

My suggestions is to not allow them to use the set default password as their personal password. If new password=default password, then error message that they cannot use that for a password.

Just a thought.
