Thanks for letting me know about the Evaluations!

I've started an Evaluation and am adding questions. However, I don't see any option for sorting or putting them in order. That would be great since I want to add a follow-up question but right now it looks like I'll need to delete and re-add questions. Tedious!

Question: Can you set the order of the questions?

It would also be nice to add my own topic/category other than  Content, Location, or Instructor.
