I would love to be able to add online articles for our staff to read. I looked at all the options we have available to us and the best option was External Link. But it's not really a training. I just want them to know what's out there to read.

I've mentioned prior to having a easily accessible Document Library. Right now it's kinda hard for staff to find. This would be an ideal place to be able to add external link documents. (We also have lots of those in our Google Drive!). I would love for Documents to have an external link option instead of only allowing uploading of documents. (Documents and Online Articles).

Also, I'd love to be able to re-use a document for multiple Trainings.  We use a "Placeholder" document when we create certain types of training. We upload that same doc over and over. This would be ideal to have a external link to Google Docs or allow us to link to previous uploaded doc.
