Exhibited Assessment: Rating Answer Types

We are looking to use Gyrus as an all in one system for all training needs. This includes employee OTJ certifications, but instead of a pass/fail option on every question. We want different answers to the question to carry different point amounts in the total score.

As an example, rather than asking "Is this student proficient in X skill True/False," the structure for answers would be as follows:

"How proficient at X skill is this student?"
Does Not Meet Expectations - 0 points
Needs Improvement - 5 points
Meets Expectations - 10 points
Exceeds Expectations - 20 Points
